Sound Side

For those of you that have traveled through Oregon Inlet in the Outer Banks of North Carolina you know how difficult maneuvering the inlet can be. My friends and I have done it in various size small crafts, but it always seems to be a roll of the dice. Oregon inlet is a special place for anyone going offshore from the Oregon Inlet Fishing Center. The day is started with a line of sport fishers following each other through the inlet and ended with a trickling of boats returning through the channel with their coolers full.
