This photo was created by using two special film processes. While out on the water two photos were taken over one another which is a process called double exposure. On the back end, the film was soaked in a solution to morph the colors and add effects. This technique is eloquently known as film soup and is an organic process, aka totally random. In this case my camera fell off the poling platform in the Florida Keys in the excitement of poling to a string of tarpon. The salt in the ocean left these bright spots that give a starlight effect. Sometimes you just get lucky.
